Mark E. Riehl, Founder and President, has over 35 years of experience leading the development of a broad array of medical devices including MRI systems, anesthesia and patient monitoring products, patient data management (including cloud-based solutions), and emerging technologies such as non-invasive blood analysis for hemoglobin and hematocrit screening, CNS perfusion for treatment of stroke and subarachnoid hemorrhage, and therapeutic transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for treatment of depression and other psychiatric and neurological disorders.

Mr. Riehl holds BSEE and MSEE degrees from Purdue University along with additional graduate coursework in biomedical engineering and management.  He has authored a number of technical publications and a book chapter and is an inventor on 27 issued (and 8 pending) US patents, and 14 international patents, and he has had a lead role in managing patent portfolios for several companies.  He was integrally involved in the start of the MRI business for a major diagnostic imaging company and also in the very early stages of three medical device start-up companies.
